[icecast] Icecast winamp oddcast mountpoint problem?

Using stream transcoder (also an oddsock tool) instead of multiple instances
of oddcast DSP might help. and make sure you are using the latest version of
the plugin. also try seeing if using oddsocks build of Icecast 2 helps.
