This depends. Any source connecting to icecast2 has a 'mountpoint' - the path 
that the stream is provided on. 

If the mountpoints of the second source does not conflict with any existing 
mountpoint (i.e. is different from them all), the connection is happily 
accepted.

If the mounpoint of the second source DOES conflict, the connection is 
refused.
