[icecast] Unofficial Icecast HOWTO posted

Hi there.

We are trying to merge several icecast 2 related document in a single
one that may end as an official kind of documentation.

Kerry Cox's unofficial howto and Ciaran Anscomb's Ices howto are already
been used and started to be merged.

Documentation is written in docbook format.

Nice :)

Interopcast's document does not yet countain any windows related
information. I guess a window related chapter would be valuable.

If any of you would like to join the effort, thanks to create an account
on savannah, join the interopcast mailing list, and volounteer for
windows part (well, unix writers are welcome too :) ).
