[icecast] New icecast2 dependency

Hi:

Oddsock either has, or is in the process of, committing directory listing
support to icecast2 in CVS.  this means that you will now need libcurl
installed in order to compile icecast2 from CVS.  Just thought I should let
people know who aren't watching the cvs list.
