[icecast] Icecast in Macromedia Flash

hi people, i has received some msg about icecast with macromedia flash, but
i have not understend it yet.

Will my listenners can listen without winamp? i will can give then a lnk to
listen and when they click, a plugin will be downloaded off macromedia site
and they will listen directly ?

please give me more information about this plase, and datas for it enter in
production .
