[icecast] icecast and browsers

Hi:

Perhaps we'd be able to help you further if you could tell us what your
setup is and what you're doing to launch streams for clients, and what the
reported errors are.  My inclination is to think that the problems are
either with players or browser configuration, but without further
information such comments are really just speculation.
