The configure script checks to make sure you have all the required tools
and libraries in order to compile a program (in this case, icecast).  The
fact that it doesn't work means that you are probably either missing a
component that's required or are using the wrong version of a component.
But in order for us to help you, we need to know what errors configure is
generating.  Please provide the output from configure so that we may help
you further.
