[icecast] Problem with streaming some mp3s (but not all)

I'm no expert at C, but from what I can tell from the
ices source it seems to be designed to handle any of
the defined frequencies... now whether theres a bug in
the actual handling, I don't know.

How can I get ices to skip the decode/recode step?
