No, icecast2 does not - in any way whatsoever - have any capability for
encrypted passwords like 1.x did.
You're using icecast 1.x

This also indicates you are not using icecast2.

So does this - shout isn't intended for icecast2 (and doesn't work correctly
even with 1.x, anyway).
