[icecast] Icecast2 Configuration

If you are getting "login with invalid or missing password" it means one of 
a few things :

* you have not selected Icecast2 as the server type in the DSP config
* you are not using the most current versions of both icecast2 and oddcast 
(http://www.oddsock.org/icecast2 for that)
* you are using the most current oddcast, but have <icylogin>1</icylogin> 
in your icecast2 config.

also, as far as the documentation goes, the main Icecast2 documentation has 
not been written yet and is in serious need of doing so...please feel free 
to contribute if you are able :)
