[icecast] Streaming radio docs

Hi:

If you're wanting to stream in MP3 using icecast 1.x, ices 0.2.3 won't do
what you want.  It doesn't have soundcard input.  I use darkice for this,
others use liveice (which I never got to work) and one or two other
solutions.

If you want to use Ogg Vorbis and icecast2, ices2 will work just fine.  See
http://www.6809.org.uk/kja3/ices2-howto.shtml and feel free to ask
questions here.  There's no formal docs as yet.
