[icecast] a simple ices2 scheduler

Hi Folks: I have written a simple scheduler for ices2. It basically
plays a background playlist in sequential, random or shuffle mode.
Each time it is called by ices it checks to see if there is a file in
/tmp and if there is builds it into a request file which plays
immediately after the current piece finishes. You can use 'at' or
cron to set up jobs to place playlists in /tmp to be played at
different times. If the cron job wants it can send a SIGHUP to ices
which will stop playing the current piece and start the newly
created schedule.m3u file.

If you think this is something you might be interested in, you can
check it out of cvs thusly:

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at bumpy.braille.uwo.ca:/usr/src/CVS login
(password is 'please')
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at bumpy.braille.uwo.ca:/usr/src/CVS co egosched

If you try it and like it let me know.
