[icecast] Win32 streamer?

I doubt you really got Icecast2. Get it from the xiph.org CVS, the
icecast.org repository is outdated. You find help on
http://www.xiph.org/cvs.html - download the icecast module from there
and read the HACKING file. It tells you what additional helper libraries
you'll have to check out and how to compile/install it.
