[icecast] Where is shout? / install problems.

Having some install problems :(

I downloaded icecast-1.3.12, put it in
/data/programs/ice/ Did a ./config, make then make
install. Started it from the command line, and it
worked fine. 

Then I go a lookin for shout, don't see it or
liveice. Then I see I should of done a make
icecast, make shout and make liveice. So I go back
and remove the directory and start again. Doing a
make shout, I get the following error: 

make: *** No rule to make target `icecast'.  Stop.

Same errors for make shout and make liveice. 
Help me ........
