[icecast] Some questions and problems about setting up Icecast2

The modules are called 'libshout', 'icecast' and 'ices'. no "2"
anywhere, since version 2 is the only one under developement anyways.
Also don't use the icecast.org CVS, it's outdated. Use
:pserver:anoncvs at xiph.org:/usr/local/cvsroot and check out
www.xiph.org/cvs.html for more information.
