[icecast] using UDP

Hi there.  I have been using Icecast for the last 14 months and what to
thank you developers for great piece of software.  I got few questions about
the server.  Does it use TCP or UDP for the audio stream?  Can it be
configured to use UDP and if not do you know of any open source streaming
server using UDP?
