[icecast] Ices memory leak?

Okay, you got it. Sky = falling. The cache is varying
inversely with free mem. I suppose the question begs
to be asked, "Why must I try to tweak things when I
first roll out of bed?" Thanks for the "look at what's
in front of you, dummy" kick in the head. We all need
it sometimes I guess.
