[icecast] web-based playlist manager

actually, there are quite a few programs out there that do this. i'm looking
for something like this myself, but i don't know what works with icecast. go
to freshmeat or sourceforge and do a search for mp3 or mp3 and php and
you'll find a whole bunch.
