with this chmod, any user who has an account can spy what you do if you happen
to have a microphone plugged in.

it's better to make /dev/dsp chmod 660 and make it owned by root.audio, then
just put the user you want to run liveice as in the audio group.

it works that way under Debian, maybe it's the same under RedHat I don't know.
