The short answer is the Shoutcast DSP doesn't work that way.

If you run two dsp plugins on _different_ boxes with _different_ ip
addresses, you could get it to work.

Our tools are compatible with shoutcast for hte most part.  Nullsoft's
tools aren't compatbile with our stuff.
