[icecast] icecast 2.0 semi-permanent test stream

Have suceeded on not having the connection drop, but it seems to lose audio
in the transition between songs. The title updates to the new song, but no
audio. It now streams through an entire song, but audio dies and has to be
restarted to get audio back. Other than that, awesome! :)
