[icecast] Streaming Winamp to Icecast - can't seem to connect?

Hi:

You need to use a port one lower than your configured port if you stream
from winamp.  The shoutcast/live365 servers listen on baseport+1 for
incoming connections whereas icecast does not.  So if you use 8000 on
icecast, connect to 7999 with the winamp dsp plugin.
