[icecast] Its my first time installing icecast...and i'm having problems

Winamp lies.  When it asks you for 'port' it uses port+1.  So if icecast
is on port 8000, you must tell winamp port 7999.

Or alternatively you can enable both ports 8000 and 8001 in the
icecast.conf config file, which _should_ have been enabled by default.
