[icecast] Ices

Normally i would not run a devel package , but in this case with ices, yes,
they solved alot of
compatability issues , etc. when using ices 0.0.1 i was getting segmentation
faults, or stream errors and it would die after 2 hours, with ices 0.2.2 , i
have yet to see a error , OS : i am running Slackware/2.2.19 , been running
my stream now for over 30 days , problem free,
