[icecast] relaying through live365.com

Except today, presumably.  For those who don't know and actually care,
live365 has a scheduled outage from midnight Saturday to midnight Sunday
(Pacific time), that's 7GMT Saturday to 7GMT Sunday.  Live365 are generally
an OK service, though their automated ads at the start of streams can cause
problems if their systems are dumb enough to serve an ad at a different
format than the stream that is to follow it.
