[icecast-dev] fallback source give up and returns to original source

I'm using ices2, because this particular listener
(curl | oggdec | ices2) has to reencode from OGG high bitrate to OGG low bitrate.
The fallback is on the main source (I have only one fallback).
For mp3 transcoding, I'm using streamTranscoder.
