the ices/libshout changes are a lot more substantial, so the work needed
to merge there is considerable. Brendan and myself have to go through
libshout to see what to merge. It's just a matter of time...

A GUI app for the config file would be nice, could even be applied to
the icecast config.  Would xslt be useful
