[icecast-dev] Ices2 socket error

Hello,
recently I have tried to use Ices2 to encode my live (line-in) audio
and I can't get rid of this error message:

[2003-01-17  04:37:39] EROR stream/ices_instance_stream Failed initial connect to 147.32.127.199:8000 (Unknown error)

I have checked all the settings on the server and in the
ices-live.xml, but it's still the same.
/dev/dsp and /dev/mixer seems to be set up correctly.
Can anybody help me, please?
