[foms] unable to add names to FOMS 2015 list

Anyone else having difficulty adding names to the FOMS web page?

I get to point where I put in password, type it in, but then it just tells me 'Password required' again.

BTW Wowza is sending three:

Jan Borgersen
Jamie Sherry
Scott Kellicker
Scott
