[foms] Invitation to FOMS 2013 in San Francisco, 17-19 Nov

Hi Jeroen,

That's a great list of topics! I'm keen on the DASH and VTT
discussions. My new job obviously also makes me keen on WebRTC topics.
I'm also keen to hear about the new codecs, so hoping people will step
forward and propose more sessions.

I'm not sure if others would be interested in ad serving technology
discussions - I'll let them speak for themselves.

I do think that EME may be of interest, but we'll need session moderators.
