[Flac] Website Updates

Also ImgBurn http://www.imgburn.com allows using a cuesheet that lists  
wavs while the files are still flac. I don't know if this is normal, but  
it sure is nice, and I think ExactAudioCopy http://www.exactaudiocopy.de  
comes with the flac encoder now.
