[Flac] FLAC: FLAC frontend win32 question

Hi,

I have a question about the FLAC frontend that is installed when using the
win32 installer of FLAC (the one written by Speek). Does that frontend use
the official flac tools ('flac' and 'metaflac') for encoding/decoding and
adding tags or does it use own compiled tools that ware made for the
frontend?
