I have a question about the FLAC frontend that is installed when using the win32 installer of FLAC (the one written by Speek). Does that frontend use the
official flac tools (&#39;flac&#39; and &#39;metaflac&#39;) for encoding/decoding and adding tags or does it use own compiled
tools that ware made for the frontend?<br>
