[Flac] best string setting

Are you trolling?

To answer for the third time, FLAC decodes bit-for-bit identically to
the original input, regardless of settings.

The settings in FLAC effect the trade-off between file-size and
CPU-usage during encoding only.  The don't effect quality at all.
