I'm not familiar with Trader's Little Helper, but the main extra thing
you need to run is probably cdrdao to grab a toc file.

I searched around some, and abcde was the closest to what I wanted, and
even then I had to make several patches to get it to do what I want. See
some of my previous posts here and the abcde page on Debian's bug
tracker (look for bugs filed by me) for details of what I've changed:

NOTE: Most of my patches have been folded into abcde if you get the
latest version.
