[Flac] FLAC: decoding to WAV in the future

Ok, I see. thanks for the answer
Is it still possible to decode FLAC files, encoded with the very first FLAC
encoder, with FLAC 1.1.4? If the answer is true (I have never tested it),
then I'm pretty sure the future will bring no surprises.
