[Flac] Converting collection to 1.1.3

Hello,

at FLAC discussion archives, I have found that someone offers a BAT file 
for converting FLACs to 1.1.3. Can you please send it to me? Thank you.

If you have access to your files under Windows, I have a BAT file
that will work to do what you want. You just drag the top level of
the directory tree to it and it will recompress. It's not very
elegant, but it works.
