[flac-dev] Release of FLAC coming up

Hi all,

I'd like to release FLAC 1.4.3 on Friday the 23th of this month. That
makes 23-06-23, so there's no confusing the year with the date of the
month.

If anyone knows of any regressions, please let me know.
