As was written earlier --

share/compat.h indirectly includes windows.h (and other files because
of it). It is necessary for declaration of CreateFile_utf8(), but
only two files need it: src/flac/decode.c and src/share/grabbag/file.c
In <http://lists.xiph.org/pipermail/flac-dev/2016-January/005764.html>
was proposed to add a preprocessor macro to solve the issue.
The patch is attached.
