[flac-dev] [flac 1.3.0pre2 pre-release] Updates to test suite

Wow, bad last sentence there.  I meant to say that I'm actively following
HEAD, so go ahead and make any changes and I'll merge them into my local
repository.  No need to worry about clashing.
