[Flac-dev] can flac be ported to ARM platform?

hi,everybody,
i have download the flac-1.2.1.tar.bz2 f,and rebuild it in ubuntu on my PC,and it works as a plugin of XMMS,now
i want to port the flac to ARM platform,can this available? if does ,which files need be modified?
