A couple of minor points.

In documentation.html, section describing -m option, there is "Currently
mid-side encoding is only available when bits-per-sample <= 16". I think
there should be "<= 31" or better, nothing at all.

Sine files generated by test_streams utility are little endian, but
shell function test_file() in test_streams.sh uses --endian=big.
