Its a FLAC decoder filter for DirectShow, and opensource. Unfortunately 
there is no FLAC source filter for it yet, but if someone adds FLAC 
parsing to Tobias' OggDS source filters, at least OggFLAC could be played .

If you want to make a source filter for it, we can certainly assist you, 
just give us a shout. You could even join the CoreFLAC project as 
developer, and we upload the working code to Xiph CVS once its ready and 
tested.
