Just checked in some stuff, the --sector-align option I
mentioned before, and an --output-prefix option which
allows you to specify a prefix for all output file names
(useful for encoding/decoding to a different directory).
Plus some minor patches to get it compiling with OS X.

Still checking into the '-8 -V' bug.
