Currently, the target of the Install codecs link in SOM's main page is:

I'd suggest Wikipedia:Media help as the target:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Media_help

I think the instructions there are well written, and the content is
available in multiple languages already. So, for SOM in Spanish you could
use:

http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ayuda:Multimedia
