[Xiph-Advocacy] SMIL 3.0 Rec with Xiph media :)

Hello,

SMIL 3.0 passed recommendation status yesterday and Xiph media made the
list of 'should be supported":

This section is normative.

The following royalty-free media formats should be supported:
audio/basic [MIME-2] 
Ogg Vorbis audio (application/ogg) [VORBIS] 
image/png [PNG-MIME], [PNG-REC] 
image/jpeg [MIME-2], [JFIF] (See below) 
Ogg Theora video (application/ogg) [THEORA]

The language and media formats are ready, as soon as the SMIL 3 players
are there be a new way to express multimedia ideas.

Where the logic of the presentation is in the SMIL code and the
media files become reusable objects.
