Hello Timo,

Those rules aren't always mandatory, or else we'd have a meeting every
month, which obviously isn't the case.

So far Monty and Lucas Gonze have agreed with the timing.  And
obviously so have I :)

Unless there's opposition against the time because it's unconvinient
to other people (and not because it's an even-numbered month) the
meeting shall occur at 18:00 UTC.

I would appreciate then that you revert the change in the wiki.
