As well as what others have said, it's important to note that we _do_ plan to
add a proper metadata stream-type that will exist in the container rather
than within another codec. That'll allow much flexibility, as well as
updating incrementally (for a radio station, etc.). However, it hasn't been
designed or implemented yet.
