[advocacy] GRid and Vorbis

I presume the Vorbis team have no plans to implement the GRid metadata system
recently announced by the IFPI and RIAA?

I can't see the benefits over ISRC for artists, especially given that you have
to pay 150 UK pounds (about 240 US dollars) to get an identifying number. It
doesn't cost anything to register for ISRC.
