[advocacy] ogg vs ut2003

Hi

I am Andreas Nowen from Sweden.

I had Ogg Vorbis first release (with winamp 3.0) installed and was enjoying the musik done by oggdrop. Then I installed Ureal Tournament 2003 !! This game uses ogg format in the sounds. This resulted in quite annoying echo when playing my ogg-musik-files!? Help...
